When we talk about material costs (eligible) and infrastructure costs (not-eligible) what we mean is that SynchroniCity will not cover the cost of buying, for instance, a large set of infrastructure (e.g 60 sensors). However, you could include as eligible cost the purchase of a sensor and a gateway, for example, if that is required to do some tests for the development of your overall pilot solution.
