Linc optimises energy usage within any type of residential, commercial, or industrial building - new or old. Our device clamps on to the building’s main electrical switchboard within minutes, and captures detailed, real-time data on appliance-level power consumption within the building. It connects to cloud-based AI analytics to deliver actionable insights, and uses built-in controls to automate flexible loads for maximum efficiency. It is a microgrid-ready solution, with a fully integrated blockchain to manage billing and renewables trading.

Linc’s energy management solution is delivered as a low cost service with no upfront costs. Our hardware is open-sourced to maximise interoperability with existing buildings and third-party integrations.

Our Synchronicity Pilot aims to develop a standards-based approach to implementing effective building management for small-medium sized buildings across European and global cities.
